I am the owner and sole inspector of American Dream Home Inspection Services.  I offer professional, affordable service seven days a week.  For your convenience, I deliver you a thorough and easily readable inspection report (includes color photos) the same day I perform the inspection.  As a trained scientist with hands-on construction experience, I offer a unique blend of analytical skills to use on your home inspection, and I use the latest thermal imaging technology to assist in detecting moisture and electrical problems.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
