I am the owner and sole inspector of American Dream, Home Inspection Services.  I provide professional and affordable service seven days a week.  For your convenience, I deliver my clients an comprehensive and easily readable electronic copy of the inspection report (includes color photos) the same day I perform the inspection (a hard copy will be mailed the following day).  As a trained scientist with hands-on construction experience, I offer a unique blend of analytical skills to use on your home inspection.  Additionally, I use the latest thermal imaging technology to assist in detecting moisture penetration which may arise due to:  defective roofing, flashing, and gutters, as well as leaking plumbing lines and HVAC ducts.   The inspection includes all of the home’s components from the foundation to the roof.
